We do accept walk-ins, but appointments are preferred.

You may apply online via our website, or paper applications can be picked up at the rental office.
Applications are typically pre-approved within 3-5 days of receiving the application, though due to Tax-Credit guidelines, official approvals through the Low Income Housing Tax-Credit program can sometimes take closer to 2 weeks for approval.
Application fees are due at the time of applying ($50), and a holding fee of $300 is due at lease signing. Security deposits and the First Month's rent are due at move-in.

Payments may be made online via the resident portal (credit/ debit/ bank account), or physical payments may be brought to the leasing office. (check, cashier's check, or money order)
The resident payment portal is available to any residents who have an email account. The leasing office will send an invite to this portal at move-in.
Pet Rent- $35.00 (if applicable)
No. It is always recommended for renters to carry active renters' insurance, though.
Water/Sewer, and Trash are included in the rent.
Electricity can be set up by calling American Electric Power at 800-672-2231. Gas service can be set up by calling Columbia Gas at 800-344-4077.
Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?
Yes. Referral bonuses are $250.00.
Guests are allowed to visit at any time. Any guests who stay more than 7 consecutive days are considered unauthorized occupants and must be added to the lease.
Unfortunately not.
No. All residents must pay a security deposit at move-in. Transfers will receive their original security deposit back (minus any damage or outstanding balance charges), and a new deposit must be paid by move-in.
In order to break your lease, 2 months' rent must be paid upfront.

Yes. Parking is free on a first-come-first-serve basis. Residents are allowed 2 vehicles per household.

We do not offer furnished apartments, but you can reach out to our friends at CORT to furnish your apartment home.
Yes. Packages may be accepted at the leasing office once a month.

Quiet hours are from 10PM- 6AM daily. There is no fee to use communal spaces.
Pet Policy
Yes. Residents are allowed a maximum of 2 pets per household. Breed and other restrictions may apply.
There is a pet deposit of $150 per pet, a one-time pet fee of $150, and a $35/mo. Pet rent fee.
Yes. The weight limit for pets is 50 pounds. Breed Restrictions: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf. Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.

Yes. There is a COTA bus stop right outside the complex, and many others within walking distance.
We are near the North Linden area of Columbus, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, public transport, parks, and other shopping centers.

McCorkle Park is about 6.0 miles or a 10-minute drive away from the community.
There are bike trails available at many of the Central Columbus parks.
There are plenty of shopping centers nearby on E. Hudson Avenue as well as Cleveland Avenue. The nearest shopping mall is Easton Town Center

Maintenance
All apartment homes are cleaned, inspected for maintenance issues, repaired, painted, and flooring is replaced as-needed.
Yes. Maintenance is on-site 8AM-5PM Weekdays, and is available for emergencies 24/7.
Maintenance requests can be placed in person, via phone or email, or via the online resident portal.
Maintenance requests are handled in the order received, with the exception of emergencies.
No. When a maintenance request is placed, you will be asked if maintenance has "permission to enter" if you are not home.
If you are locked out during business hours, maintenance and office staff are happy to help. If you are locked out after-hours, you must call a locksmith.
Yes. Decorating and furnishing are allowed as long as the apartment is returned to its original condition at move-out.
